I took it to a BBQ and everyone loved it!!!<br /><br />1/2 cup fudge ice cream topping warmed<br />1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip thawed<br />1 package (4 serving size) Chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling<br />8 oreo cookies plus some to crush<br />12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches<br /><br />Pour the fudge into a medium bowl.<br />Stir in 1 cup of the cool whip with a wisk until blended. <br />Add in the dry pudding mix. Stir until well blended.<br />Chop to oreos into chunks and stir into pudding<br />Arrange 4 of the sandwiches side by side on a 24x12 inch piece of foil.<br />Top with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers.<br />Top the pudding mixture with the last 4 sandwiches.<br />Frost the top and sides with the reset of the Cool whip.<br />Crush up the extra oreos and sprinkle them on the top.
